Tom’s responsibilities at SSI include the following:

Information Technology:

• Manage IT system(s) for SSI corporate buildings
• Manage IT hardware for all SSI employees (e.g. procurement, configuration, etc. of laptops/desktops and associated peripherals
• Support Staff with any hardware, software, app or information system/technical needs
• Manage and update both Standard and Mobile versions of SSI’s Website via HTML/FTP

Asset Management:

• Manage building services for Rocklin, CA and Las Vegas, NV
• Management of vehicles (procurement, maintenance)
• Management of inventory
• Manage/Track SSI desktops, laptops, monitors, printers & technical testing equipment and tools used by field services

Warehouse:

• Manage Warehouse Receiving/Shipping Staff
• Receiving product in Las Vegas, NV, Rocklin, CA & Job Sites
• Disseminate what needs to be done with product IE; Stock, Stage or Ship
• Communicate status of ordered product to Purchasing Dept. and Applicable Sales Associates
• Shipping Product associated with job builds and customer sites for applicable sales orders
• Communicate status of shipped product to Purchasing Dept. and Applicable Sales Associates
• Create and maintain relationships LTL Carriers & Representatives
• Purchase Tracking
