As an account manager for SSI customers, Michelle is the main point of contact on any needs and upcoming projects. She handles quote requests, specifying equipment, order processing, product demos, new/niche technologies, and overall account care. Her job is to make her customers’ jobs easier and to become an extension of their team. Notable projects Michelle has worked on include The Wynn Las Vegas, MGM Resorts, Treasure Island Hotel and Casino, and Caesars Entertainment.
Michelle loves her customers, most of which she has worked with for years! She says, “They know I am here to help, and I am grateful for the opportunity to do so.” She also finds the industry fascinating — there’s always a new technology emerging that is a benefit for various industries.
Michelle’s top job-related strengths include being consistent and responsive to requests and needs, great communication skills, being very detail-oriented, and providing the best customer service possible.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys boating, being outdoors, and chasing around her two sons — she loves spending time with her family. She also volunteers with Relay for Life – American Cancer Society.
