Michael’s job includes maintaining client relationships, walking jobs, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring clients are satisfied with the end product. Michael started in the industry as an installer, then moved to project manager, and then to RSM Nor Cal (non-gaming). He has been the PNW Regional Sales Manager for the past seven years. He has created lasting relationships with customers to ensure SSI will have lasting gaming relationships for years to come.
Michael’s top 5 job-related strengths include: 1) Pre-installation site walks (from his experience as an installer, he knows what to look for and what questions to ask); 2) Creating customer relationships; 3) End user support from his days on the technical side; 4) project management, managing a project from start to finish; and 5) Manufacturer relationships to ensure our customers receive the best products and price.
Outside the office, Michael enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and working out.
