Director of Technical Sales & Design

Kyle provides system design builds for enterprise projects, including proposal/contract development and presentations to customers. He works with the entire SSI sales team, field operations team, and manufacturer partners to grow project revenue and profit. This includes customer relations and strategic planning for both pre- and post-sales.

Kyle was involved with and directly responsible for the majority of system design builds and proposal presentations for SSI enterprise-level projects. Some notable projects/customers include: Graton Resort Casino , Thunder Valley Resort Casino, Chicken Ranch Casino Resort (currently under construction), Harrah’s/Harveys Lake Tahoe, Harrah’s Metropolis, Harrah’s Joliet, Hard Rock Casino Atlantic City, Grand Sierra Resort Casino, Bally’s Las Vegas-World Series of Poker, Treasure Island Resort Casino Las Vegas, Circus Circus Las Vegas, Nugget Casino Resort, Comanche Nation Casinos, Seneca Nation Casinos, Black Oak Casino, and Isle of Capri Kansas City.

Working at SSI isn’t just being part of a great team, it truly feels like a family.” His top 5 job-related strengths include extensive knowledge and experience in the gaming industry; communication skills; a positive attitude; extensive knowledge of surveillance technology – Avigilon, Axis, Dallmeier, Extreme Networks, Honeywell, Mirasys, Pelco, Synectics, etc.; and being skilled in strategy involving all aspects of the sales process (customer relations, manufacturer relations, sales/account management, and marketing).

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys fitness, sports (martial arts, baseball, and football), snowboarding, comic books, and anything involving spending time with his family. He also coaches Little League baseball.
