As a Sales Account Manager, Keriese’s responsibilities include generating sales and qualifying leads, project quotes, assisting clients with repair/replacement requests, organizing potential project opportunities between clients and SSI, continuously improving through feedback from clients, and more. Notable projects Keriese has assisted with include Mountaineer Park – full system upgrade; Harrah’s Joliet Casino – VMS and camera upgrade; and Augustine Casino – full system updates for new buildings.
